(732) 235-5437

The Bristol-Myers Squibb Children’s Hospital at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, in conjunction with The Cancer Institute of New Jersey (CINJ), offers children with cancer and blood disorders the most advanced pediatric hematology/oncology care available in the state.

We offer state-of-the-art approaches to cancer care and the treatment of blood disorders using sophisticated techniques in diagnosis, surgery, chemotherapy and radiation therapy.

Research

As a National Cancer Institute-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center, CINJ offers unprecedented access to clinical trials, many of which are not available elsewhere.

In addition, our physician/scientists are board-certified in pediatrics and pediatric hematology/oncology. They are accomplished in clinical and laboratory research and devoted exclusively to the diagnosis and care of children with cancer and blood disorders.

Child-Friendly, Family-Centered Care

All of our patients receive personalized care and attention in an atmosphere that is child-friendly and family-focused. The Pediatric Hematology / Oncology Unit offers completely private rooms, each with a separate bed for parents who wish to stay overnight. Other amenities include television, VCR and video games.
